​Refund Policy

I. General Policy

1.1 Due to the nature of custom digital services and the irrecoverable time invested, Grafez maintains a strict No-Refund Policy for all services once work has commenced.

II. Non-Refundable Deposit

​

2.1 The 50% initial payment is a non-refundable "Commitment Fee." This secures the Agency's resources and covers the initial research, strategy, and administrative setup phase.

III. Milestone Approvals

​

3.1 Approval of any project milestone (e.g., UI design, wireframes, or beta launch) constitutes final acceptance of that phase. No refunds or credits will be issued for phases previously approved by the Client.

IV. Recurring Services (SEO/ SMM/ Ads Management/Performance Marketing/Maintenance)

4.1 Monthly retainer payments are processed in advance and are non-refundable. 4.2 Cancellation of recurring services requires a 30-day written notice to info@grafez.com. The Client will be billed for the final 30-day period.
