Cancellation & Termination Policy

I. Termination by the Client

1.1 Written Notice: Cancellation requests must be sent to info@grafez.com. Verbal cancellations are not legally recognized. 1.2 Early Termination Fee: If a project is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the Client is liable for all hours worked up to the date of notice, plus a 25% Early Termination Fee to cover lost production capacity.

II. Project Stalling (The "Ghosting" Policy)

2.1 Idle Status: If a project remains idle for more than 10 consecutive business days due to a lack of Client feedback or missing assets, the project is marked as "Inactive." 2.2 Re-activation Requirements: To resume an Inactive project, the Client must:

  • Pay a Re-activation Fee of 20% of the total project value.

  • Re-enter the production queue based on the Agency’s current availability. 2.3 Abandonment: If a project is Inactive for more than 30 calendar days, Grafez reserves the right to terminate the project entirely. All payments made will be forfeited as liquidated damages.

III. Termination by the Agency

3.1 Grafez reserves the right to terminate any project immediately for non-payment, professional misconduct, or if the project becomes technically unfeasible due to unforeseen external changes.
