1.1 Grafez collects Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as Name, Email, and Business Details solely for the purpose of project fulfillment and communication. 1.2 We process this data under the legal basis of "Contractual Necessity." 2.1 Grafez does not store sensitive financial data (such as full card numbers or bank credentials) on its internal servers. All payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

3.1 Retention: We store client data for the duration of the project and for seven (7) years thereafter to comply with Indian tax and corporate laws. 3.2 No Sale of Data: Grafez does not sell, trade, or rent Client data to third parties. Data is shared with subcontractors only under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
